Work

Five ventures. Several years of building things that sometimes worked and sometimes did not.

The case studies describe what was done, what the numbers showed, and what came from it. The work is the credential.

Why this matters

The work is the credential.

The cloud kitchen experience is the basis for the cloud kitchen consulting. The menu failures are the basis for the menu engineering work. The content systems built at Lifecode are the same systems offered to food brands. There is no separation between what was built and what is taught.

"I closed both businesses intentionally. That decision — recognising when a business's structure doesn't support its continuation — is a skill most founder content doesn't discuss."
